Ukrainian special services begin antiterrorist operation
KYIV. Feb 19 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Security Service and Antiterrorist Center are beginning an antiterrorist operation in the country, Ukrainian Security Service Head Oleksandr Yakymenko said in a statement released on Wednesday.
