Yanukovych, Ukrainian opposition leaders sign anti-crisis deal

KYIV. Feb 21 (Interfax) - An agreement between the authorities and opposition to resolve the Ukrainian crisis was signed in Kyiv on Friday by President Viktor Yanukovych, and leaders of the three opposition parliamentary factions Vitali Klitshchko, Arseniy Yatseniuk and Oleh Tiahnybok.

The agreement was certified Foreign Ministers Radoslaw Sikorksi of Poland and Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany who are representing the European Union; and the head of the French Foreign Ministry Department for Continental Europe Eric Fournier.
