Ukrainian Communist parliamentarians form opposition
KYIV. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Communists will not participate in voting on personnel matters and the formation of a coalition, People's Deputy Adam Martyniuk of the Communist Party of Ukraine (CPU) faction said.
"It is clear that the Communist Party faction will not be taking part in the formation of a coalition, i.e. we shall not form the government," he told Verkhovna Rada on Sunday.
The CPU will not be voting on personnel matters and is now in the opposition, Martyniuk also said.
