Head of Sevastopol administration Yatsuba resigns, leaves Party of Regions
SEVASTOPOL. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Volodymyr Yatsuba, the head of the Sevastopol city state administration, has filed his resignation.
"I have filed my resignation and I will leave the Party of Regions because I can no longer stay in this party after what has occurred," he told a briefing on Monday.
According to earlier reports, people who participated in a rally held in Sevastopol's Nakhimov Square elected Russian businessman Alexei Chaly to the post of head of the executive committee of the Sevastopol city council on Sunday.
