Sibur appoints new head of trading subsidiary

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Sibur Director for Methodology, Monitoring, Sales Development and Marketing, Andrei Frolov, has been appointed executive director of Sibur International GmbH, Sibur's export division, the petrochemicals company said in a statement.

Frolov is succeeding Ilya Gushchin, who has left the company for another position. Gushchin was named vice president of Russian metallurgical group Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) at the end of last year.

Sibur International GmbH is Sibur's export division, providing trading and logistic services to Sibur and other companies in the industry, specializing in export and distribution of Russian petrochemicals in Europe and Asia. The company operates warehouse facilities at the ports of the Black and Baltic Seas, which accept, store and ship freight. Currently, Sibur International ships goods to 60 countries.
