SEVASTOPOL. Feb 25 (Interfax) - The Russian Black Sea Fleet has put armored personnel carriers (APCs) in the courtyard of the Moscow House to protect its facilities, according to the Sevastopol-based news portal ForPost.

The APCs with Russian marines were in Nakhimov Square for ten minutes before moving to the courtyard of the Moscow House, Russian Youth Movement leader Anton Titsky told the website.

"Indeed, there have been movements of certain vehicles as part anti-terrorist measures to protect the Russian facilities," a source close to senior officials in the Black Sea Fleet told ForPost.
