Ukraine not expecting Russia to back separatists, Yanukovych - Yatsenyuk
KYIV. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Ukraine's candidate prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called on Russia not to back separatists and former Ukrainian top officials who are wanted in Ukraine on criminal charges of mass murder.
"We hope that the Russian Federation will, first and foremost, not violate the Budapest Memorandum and do everything for the situation in Ukraine to become stable, will under no conditions support separatists and those former Ukrainian top officials against whom criminal cases have been opened over mass killings and crimes against humanity. I am primarily talking about Viktor Yanukovych," Yatsenyuk told Ukrainian parliament.
