Sitronics, NIS exchange top managers

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Navigation Information Systems (NIS), the federal operator of the GLONASS system, has appointed Fyodor Barmin, former vice president of OJSC Sitronics , its new CEO, NIS said in a press release.

Former head of NIS, Alexander Chub, was appointed first vice president of Sitronics.

NIS spokesperson Tatiana Kuleshova-Chernoplekova tols Interfax that the reshuffle was due to company development plans. "Alexander Chub compiled a development strategy for NIS, which will be implemented in the regions," she said. "Fydor Barmin has a lot of experience in the regions."

In Sitronics, Chub will be responsible for the direction of the operating business and the development of the development of navigation at the group.
