Working group from Crimea negotiating parameters of financial aid to peninsula in Moscow
SIMFEROPOL. March 2 (Interfax) - A working group representing the Crimean authorities is in Moscow holding talks on various aspects of Russia's assistance to the peninsula, head of Crimean Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Konstantinov has said.
"We have addressed the Russian Federation for assistance so that they would guarantee law and order and extend us financial assistance during this difficult period. Such consent has been received. A working group is in Moscow already dealing with technical aspects of the matter," he said at a Sunday press conference.
