Kerry arrives in Kyiv

KYIV. March 4 (Interfax) - The head of the United States Department of State, John Kerry, has arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday.

At the airport he was welcomed by Ukraine's Acting Foreign Minister Andriy Deshchytsa, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffry Pyatt and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

During his visit Kerry is to hold a number of meetings with the Ukrainian leaders.
