Stroygazmontazh offers to build 97 km of Southern gas corridor for 13 bln rubles

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Stroygazmontazh, Arkady Rotenberg's construction holding, came back with the best offer in a request for quotes for the construction of two sections of the Southern Corridor gas transportation system, which will feed gas into the offshore section of the South Stream pipeline.

Gazprom said in a statement that Stroygazmontazh was offering to build the Pisarevka-Anapa and Pochinki-Anapa sections totaling 97 kilometers for 13.074 billion rubles.

This works out at $3.735 million per kilometer of pipeline.
