MinFin to present president with list of projects up for NWF financing
MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - Russia's Finance Ministry has prepared a list of projects up for financing from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) and will present the projects to President Vladimir Putin in the near future, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
He said this, presenting a bill to the State Duma on contributing to the charter capital of a credit guarantee agency for small and medium businesses.
"The government has prepared a list of projects that are up for NWF financing. These are projects such as the electrification of the BAM [Baikal-Amur Mainline] and Trans-Siberian [Railway]; participating in the reconstruction of Moscow's air hub; participating in Kyzyl-Kuragino infrastructure projects and a whole range of other projects," Siluanov said.
All projects will be presented to the president in the standard procedure in order to finish the projects' implementation.
He also said the Finance Ministry was prepared within a week to present deputies with all the information on the schemes envisioned in the budget and resources from funds managed by the government to support the economy this year.
