Putin to address Federal Assembly over Crimea on Tuesday - Duma
MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is to make an unscheduled address to the Russian Federal Assembly over the situation in Crimea on Tuesday, State Duma First Deputy Speaker (Communist Party) Ivan Melnikov told reporters on Monday.
"The presidential address with a message on Crimea is slated for 3 p.m.," Melnikov told Interfax after a Duma Council session on Monday.
