Defense Ministry: annual quota on foreign inspections in Russia spent

MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax-AVN) - The forthcoming Ukrainian inspection mission in Russia will be the last inspection conducted on the Russian territory in 2014 under the Vienna Document, head of Russia's National Nuclear Threat Reduction Center Sergei Ryzhkov told Interfax-AVN on Wednesday.

"That would be the last inspection mission conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2014 under the Vienna Document because OSCE member states have spent inspection quotas," Ryzhkov noted.
