Russian Constitutional Court to verify treaty on Crimea, Sevastopol accession
ST. PETERSBURG. March 19 (Interfax) - The Russian president has applied to the Russian Constitutional Court for the verification of the constitutionality of the international treaty on the accession of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to the Russian Federation.
The application was filed on Tuesday, the court press service told Interfax on Wednesday. The press service said the issue would not be considered at public hearings.
