Naryshkin expects Putin to submit Crimea accession treaty to Duma on Wednesday

MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin may submit the Russia-Crimea reunification treaty and the related federal constitutional law to the State Duma for ratification on Wednesday, State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said.

"We may expect the Constitutional Court to consider today and declare constitutional the interstate treaty, which was signed yesterday. And the Russian president may submit both the draft interstate treaty and the draft federal constitutional law to the State Duma for ratification today," Naryshkin said at a meeting of deputies with the Crimean and Sevastopol leaders.
