MegaFon CFO buys 2.9 bln rubles worth of co. stock, doubles stake
MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - The CFO of Russian 'big-three' telecommunications company OJSC MegaFon , Gevork Vermishyan, has acquired another 3,000 company shares for 2.94 million rubles, doubling his charter capital holdings to 0.000968%, MegaFon said.
Vermishyan bought the shares on March 17, paying 980 rubles for each of them. He had acquired his first MegaFon shares - 3,000 of them - a week earlier.
This stake was worth 2.84 million rubles on the Moscow Exchange on Thursday.
