Moscow, Sevastopol, Simferopol to hold fireworks on Friday night - Russian presidential decree

MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered festive fireworks be held in Moscow, Sevastopol and Simferopol on Friday, his Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The president has signed a decree for festive fireworks to be held today in the cities of Moscow, Simferopol and Sevastopol," Peskov told reporters.

The festive fireworks to mark the incorporation of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol into the Russian Federation will take place in Moscow at 10 p.m. on Friday, a spokesperson for the Moscow mayor and local government told Interfax.

"The fireworks will be launched from ten locations in Moscow," the spokesperson told Interfax.
