JPMorgan lowers stake in Dixy Group to 4.9% from 8%
MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax) - JPMorgan Chase & Co lowered its stake in Dixy Group , one of Russia's leading retailers, to 4.93% from 7.98% on February 28, Dixy said in a statement.
The company's charter capital is divided into 124.75 million shares with par value of 0.01 rubles per share. Igor Kesayev's Mercury Group owns controlling stake in the company with 54.4% of shares. The company's free float is around 36.6% on the Moscow Exchange.
Dixy held an IPO in 2007, raising $360 million. The company's current market capitalization is 31.38 billion rubles.
