Enlargement not a priority issue for NATO - Pszczel
MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Enlargement doesn't rank among NATO's priorities for now, said Director of the NATO Information Office in Moscow Robert Pszczel.
NATO's enlargement is not the central issue today, he said on Ekho Moskvy radio on Tuesday.
The admittance of new members is something decided at the top level, he said. NATO is to hold a summit in September 2014 and the NATO leaders are sure to speak about the open doors policy, as well, he said.
NATO's chief concern is Ukraine, he said, adding that NATO's relations with Russia are being reconsidered, which, he said, is too bad.
