Tymoshenko, European Commissioner Fule discuss Ukraine's EU prospects
KYIV. March 26 (Interfax) - Leader of the Batkivshchyna party and former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule discussed the current situation in Ukraine and the prospects for relations between Ukraine and the European Union at a meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Taking part in the meeting were also Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski and head of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada European integration committee Hryhory Nemyrya, Batkivshchyna said in a statement on its website.
It was reported earlier that several European commissioners and members of the European Commission directorates had come to Ukraine for consultations with Ukrainian Cabinet ministers regarding the implementation of the Ukrainian-EU association agreement.
