Bashneft to supply Minco Enterprises with petroleum products worth up to $2.585 bln

MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - Bashneft will sell Minco Enterprises Ltd petroleum products for a total of up to $2.585 billion, the Russian oil company said in a statement.

Bashneft and Minco Enterprises signed the corresponding buy-sell agreement on March 27, 2014 for a period until January 31, 2015 inclusive, with the option for a one-year extension if both parties agree.

The two companies have signed agreements in the past under which Bashneft had supplied the trader with petroleum products until March 31, 2014 with a possible one-year extension. The deal totaled $2.28 billion.
