Moscow welcomes appeal of French, German, Polish foreign ministers to end outrage in Ukraine

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Russia welcomes the appeal of the French, German and Polish foreign ministers to put an end to legitimacy violations in Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said.

"The foreign ministers of the Visegrad Group have urged that an end be put to this outrage in Ukraine and this is extremely important because we can welcome namely this, as this is completely within the agreements reached with their participation in Kyiv on February 21," Karasin told reporters on Tuesday.

"Ukraine waited for this signal for so long, so that the situation might finally return to a normal, predictable and stable channel," Karasin said.

"I hope that this signal will be heard," he said.
