MOSCOW. April 4 (Interfax) - OJSC RusHydro , which operates the majority of Russia's hydroelectric power plants, expects to report earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) as calculated to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for 2014 at about the same level as it did in 2013, when they were 79.2 billion rubles, according to a company presentation for Investors' Day.
That figure will be reached "in conditions of water levels at [hydroelectric power plants] being not lower than the multi-year average, the full realization of the program for optimizing operating costs, and the absence of a negative dynamic on the day-forward market in the end [this year], the presentation says.
