Iran, Russia continuing talks on oil swaps, timing uncertain - media
MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - Teheran and Moscow are holding negotiations on beginning a south-north reverse project to swap oil shipments, Iranian news agency FARS reported, citing the head of the National Iranian Oil Company, Roknoddin Javadi.
Negotiations are continuing, but it has not yet been decided when the swap operations will begin, he said.
Russia is holding negotiations with Iran on shipping Iranian oil to the Caspian Sea, where it could be loaded onto Russian tankers.
