Russian prosecutor general says Yanukovych will not be turned over to Ukraine
SIMFEROPOL. April 11 (Interfax) - Russian Prosecutor General Yury Chaika has said he sees no reasons to turn Viktor Yanukovych over to Ukraine.
"We do not see any grounds for his handover," Chaika said in Simferopol, Crimea, on Friday, when answering a question from Interfax.
