Politics hinder talks on Glonass ground stations' deployment - Roscosmos
MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax-AVN) - The external political situation hinders negotiations on the deployment of Glonass differential correction and monitoring stations, Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) deputy head Sergei Savelyev told reporters on Friday.
"One station will be deployed in Brazil. Yet the political situation is complicated and it is too much early to speak about others. The negotiations go on. An agreement with a European country has been drawn up but it is hard to say how it may be implemented because of politics," he said.
