E.ON Russia, DEGA sign deal for 67% of Noginsk Heat Center
MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - LLC E.ON Connecting Energies, which is controlled by OJSC E.ON Russia , signed a deal on April 15 with Swiss DEGA Group for E.ON Connecting Energies to acquire 67% of LLC Noginsk Heat Center for 24 million euro, E.ON said.
E.ON Connecting Energies was created to carry out distributed generation projects in Russia. This purchase was the company's first, E.ON Connecting Energies's press service has told Interfax.
E.ON has said in its International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) report that the deal totaled 1.2 billion rubles. The price of the acquisition could be increased by no more than 272 million rubles before December 31, 2018 if contracted capacity of the current level is exceeded.
Noginsk Heat Center owns and manages two gas turbine cogeneration plants with total capacity of 30 MW in the Noginsk technological park. Clients in clued 26 prominent Russian and foreign companies, including Bayer, Leroy Merlin, Megafon, Metro, Oriflame and others.
