Development program for Black Sea Fleet's Sevastopol base will be adopted - Putin
MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax-AVN) - Servicemen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet based in Crimea and Sevastopol will be able to benefit from all appropriate social programs that exist in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said during his annual Q&A session on Thursday.
"First, a program for the development of the Sevastopol base and the Black Sea Fleet in general will be adopted, and all specialized programs being implemented in the Russian Armed Forces will certainly be applied to them, including, for example, [the program] to provide servicemen with accommodation, both permanent and temporary," the president said, when answering a question from Russian Black Sea Fleet Commander Vice Admiral Alexander Vitko.
