Vnesheconombank boosts net interest income 23% to 99 bln rubles in 2013
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) boosted net interest income to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 23% last year to 98.97 billion rubles, the state development bank said in a report.
Reports have said VEB's net profit more than halved last year, from 17.5 billion rubles to 8.5 billion rubles.
VEB said assets grew 13.8% to 3.3 trillion rubles from 2.9 trillion rubles during 2013.
Its loan portfolio grew 23% to 1.847 trillion rubles from 1.497 trillion rubles.
