Gunmen recapture Kramatorsk police department HQ - report
KYIV. April 21 (Interfax) - Unidentified gunmen recaptured the police department headquarters in Kramatorsk, a city in Ukraine's Donetsk region, the Kramatorsk.info city website reported on Monday.
"The police chief, Vitaliy Kolupai, was taken away in an unknown direction. The gunmen demanded weapons," the website said.
Reports said earlier that following an exchange of fire with policemen, unidentified gunmen seized the city police department building in Kramatorsk. Windows were smashed on several floors and office equipment was looted, according to some sources.
