Pobeda suspends flights to Slovakia, Czech Republic

MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - Pobeda Airlines is stopping flights from Moscow to Bratislava and Karlovy Vary after the Czech and Slovak governments introduced bans on flights to these cities, a company representative told journalists.

"Flights to Bratislava are canceled from March 13-28, from Karlovy Vary from March 18 to April 11," the representative said.

Passengers who are currently in Bratislava and Karlovy Vary are being offered a full refund or alternative flights to Moscow. Those departing from Bratislava are offered Aeroflot flights on the Vienna-Moscow route departing from March 13-18, 2020. Those departing from Karlovy Vary are offered outbound Pobeda flights of the Prague-Moscow route departing March 15-16, 2020 or Aeroflot flights of the Prague-Moscow route departing March 18-20, 2020.

"For the convenience of clients whose flights have been canceled refunds will be processed automatically, except for clients of outbound flights with departure on the designated dates," Pobeda said.
