Moscow says U.S. completely loses touch with reality, leads to intended crisis escalation

MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - The statement of White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, who explained the introduction of sanctions regarding Russia with the Ukrainian crisis, shows that Washington has lost touch with reality, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"Every word used in the statement by the White House press secretary to give grounds for the decisions made, shows that the United States had lost touch with reality and is leading things to an intended crisis escalation," Ryabkov told Interfax on Monday.
