Rosneft to hold AGM in Khabarovsk on June 27

MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - Rosneft will hold its annual general meeting in Khabarovsk on June 27, the Russian oil major's board decided at a meeting in St. Petersburg on Monday, the company said in a statement.

The list of shareholders eligible to take part in the meeting will be compiled as of May 12.

The board recommended Ernst & Young as auditor for the company's 2014 annual accounts to both Russian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, simultaneously setting the amount to be paid for the auditor's services.

Under Rosneft's charter, the company can hold its AGM in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khabarovsk and Krasnodar. The previous AGM was held in St. Petersburg.
