Surgutneftegas to invest 23 bln rubles in refinery upgrades in 2015-2016

MOSCOW. April 30 (Interfax) - Surgutneftegas plans to invest 23.259 billion rubles to modernize its Kirishi Oil Refinery (Kinef) from Leningrad region in 2015-2016, the oil major said in its IFRS report.

Kinef is the only oil refinery in northwestern Russia. It has capacity to process just over 21 million tonnes of crude oil a year.
