Donetsk region referendum turnout nears 70% - CEC
MOSCOW. May 11 (Interfax) - About 70% of voters have taken part in a referendum over self-determination of the Donetsk region, said Roman Lyagin, the chief election official of the Donetsk people's republic.
"By 4 p.m., the turnout was 69.21%," he told a press conference.
