Death toll from Sunday clashes in Krasnoarmeysk may rise
MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - The self-defense forces in Krasnoarmeysk, Ukraine are checking the reports on four people killed in the attack on protesters by people in camouflage.
"According to unconfirmed information, the attackers opened fire on people while leaving the city, wounding or killing two people," a representative of the city's self-defense forces told Interfax on Monday.
The source recalled that one man was shot and killed in a conflict between armed people who had taken over administrative buildings and city residents and another man was wounded in the leg and died on his way to hospital.
According to the self-defense forces, the Ukrainian troops have now fully encircled the city.
