Two appointments made for Russian Security Council
MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has included the new presidential envoys to the North Caucasus and Siberia federal districts, Sergei Melikov and Nikolai Rogozhkin, in Russia's Security Council.
Putin removed former presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin from the council, the Kremlin said in a statement on Monday.
