Moscow hopes Russia-NATO Council will convene this week - Grushko
MOSCOW/BRUSSELS. May 19 (Interfax) - Moscow hopes that the Russia-NATO Council will convene within days, said Russia's NATO Ambassador Alexander Grushko.
"In view of the acute situation in Ukraine we hope that the NATO countries represented in the Russia-NATO Council will positively respond to our initiative and the meeting will take place shortly this week," he told Interfax on Monday.
