At least 3 injured in Kramatorsk clashes - militia HQ

DONETSK. May 20 (Interfax) - Civilians and militiamen were injured as a result of overnight armed clashes in Slovyansk and Kramatorsk of the Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine, a spokesman for the local militia headquarters told Interfax.

A woman living in Kramatorsk was hospitalized in serious condition after suffering a fragmentation wound to the head.

Two militiamen also were injured during the clashes with Ukrainian National Guard soldiers, the spokesman said.

Interfax has so far been unable to obtain official confirmation of the report.
