We are ready for dialogue with Poroshenko - Lavrov

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Moscow is ready for a dialogue with the Ukrainian president-elect, Petro Poroshenko, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"We hear what Petro Poroshenko has been saying about his intentions, including with regard to relations with Russia that he calls his most important ones. We, as our president said repeatedly, are ready for a dialogue with Kyiv representatives, ready for a dialogue with Petro Poroshenko," he told a press conference in Moscow on Monday.

"The only thing, I would very much like his declared readiness for a dialogue not to be conditional on internal reservations, as he mentioned, in particular, that he will be ready for a dialogue with us with the mediation of the European Union and the U.S.," Lavrov said.
