Nationwide dialogue possible in Abkhazia - Abkhaz Security Council secretary
SUKHUMI. May 28 (Interfax) - Nationwide dialogue on overcoming the crisis situation is possible in Abkhazia, Abkhaz Security Council Secretary Nugzar Ashuba said.
"Nothing happened so the dialogue did not take place," Ashuba told Interfax on Wednesday.
"Nationwide dialogue can and should occur," he said.
