Four OSCE monitors seized by Kyiv authorities' opponents in Donetsk region - Ukrainian Foreign Ministry
KYIV. May 28 (Interfax) - Four foreign citizens, members of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) special monitoring mission, have been captured by opponents of the Kyiv authorities in the Donetsk region, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
"Yes, they are kept by a pro-Russian group and work on their release is being continued now," Ukrainian Foreign Minister information policy department director Yevhen Perebyinis said at a briefing.
