NVision Group hopes to keep share of foreign orders at 60%

MOSCOW. May 30 (Interfax) - CJSC Nvision Group, which is controlled by AFK Sistema plans to keep its share of foreign orders at 60% for the next two to four years, the company said in a press release.

"We are sure that NVision Group will keep its leading position in the field of information technology and the structure of the client portfolio. Around 60% of revenue currently comes from projects that are not linked to AFK Sistema group companies, its services are used by over 500 Russian and foreign clients," AFK Sistema President Mikhail Shamolin was cited as saying.

The new NVision strategy will see it focusing on hi-tech projects with high added value.

The company is looking at building its own data center for developing cloud services and creating new business directions.

NVision also plans to expand cooperation with key vendors and obtain high partner status from them. For example, it may expand its partnership with Microsoft.

"Microsoft in Russia is willing to exapnd its cooperation with NVision Group. I am sure together we will make it easier to survive in a difficult economic situation and support our clients with the help of IT," Microsoft Russia President Nikolai Pryanishnikov was cited as saying.

NVision provides services in systems integration, as well as in communication network construction and intellectual systems creation. The company's main long-term client has been Rostelecom, but after the state-run company changed its management, NVision started winning its tenders much less frequently. Rostelecom said that NVision accounted for 32% of the operator's spending in the first half of 2013, and 25.7% in January-September.

NVision's key customers have also included Russian Railways (RZD) , Sberbank , Alfa Bank , Vimpelcom , Norilsk Nickel , Severstal , Inter RAO UES and others.
