Turchynov visits command post near Slovyansk

KYIV. June 4 (Interfax) - Ukrainian interim President, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov visited the Donetsk region on Wednesday. He came to a command post near Slovyansk to coordinate operations of army units engaged in the special operation.

On the way to the army positions, the president watched tests of certain hardware, including the Dozor armored personnel carrier to be adopted by the National Guard and the Ukrainian Armed Forces, at a Kharkiv range, Turchynov's press secretary reported.
