Foreign ministers of Russia, Germany, and Poland to discuss Ukrainian crisis

MOSCOW. June 5 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet with his German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on June 10 to discuss the situation in Ukraine.

"The meeting will be held in St. Petersburg on June 10. It will be the fourth meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Germany, and Poland, in which Sergei Lavrov and his German and Polish counterparts plan to have a informal discussion of the most vital international issues," Russian Foreign Ministry official Alexander Lukashevich told a briefing in Moscow.

"The meeting will focus on the settlement of the acute internal political crisis in Ukraine, halting the bloodshed, and launching real inclusive political dialogue in this country," Lukashevich said.

Lukashevich said the ministers will also exchange opinions on the implementation of trilateral cooperation projects and the results of the previous meetings.
