Georgian, U.S. servicemen to practice repressing revolt during drills outside Tbilisi
TBILISI. June 9 (Interfax) - The Georgian-U.S. drills Agile Spirit 2014 have begun in Georgia.
The exercises started on Monday at the Vaziani base near Tbilisi, the Georgian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The drills involve 550 Georgian servicemen and 350 U.S. marines.
Servicemen will hold operations on repressing revolts during the exercises, the document said.
