Mykolaiv paratroopers ambushed in Donbas; two men killed, over 20 injured - media

KYIV. June 13 (Interfax) - Servicemen of the 79th separate airmobile brigade involved in the army operation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions have been ambushed. Two officers died and another 21 were injured, the online edition Mykolaivskiye Vesti said, citing its own sources.

Some of the injured servicemen have been taken to a hospital.

Sources cite different information as to where the clash has taken place. Some tweeted that the clash occurred near Slovyansk, Donetsk region. Some other online editions said it happened near the border.

The 79th separate airmobile brigade is stationed in Mykolaiv.
