Situation in Donetsk stable; no evacuation - city council

KYIV. June 13 (Interfax) - The situation in all the districts of the city of Donetsk had remained calm by 4 p.m., no organized removal of residents is taking place, according to the official website of the city mayor and the Donetsk city council.

Traffic remains limited in the following areas: in Stratonavtov Street between Krasnoarmeysky Shosse and Artyomovska Street; within the limits of the Kyiv flyover; and in Artyomovska Street from the side of Yasinovataya, the statement said. Traffic towards Yasinovataya and Avdeyevskoye has been allowed.

Starting from Saturday, the bus route N10 "Oktyabrsky Rudnik - Kuibyshev Street" will operate between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. under the following temporary scheme: "Oktyabrsky Rudnik - Prospekt Kolkhozny - Stratonavtov Street - Artyomovska Street - Gornaya Street - Artyoma Street - Universitetska Street, and further on according to its usual itinerary.

The mayor's office also said that citizens' complaints asking to remove vehicles near the airport and the Metro superstore prompted local police to provide assistance in this situation.
