Moscow refuses to deal with Ukrainian acting foreign minister Deshchytsa

BELGRADE. June 16 (Interfax) - Ukraine's Acting Foreign Minister Andrei Deshchytsa is perceived in Russia as a renegade.

"For us Deshchytsa is a renegade. By looking at him one recalls a good expression: if you do not know how to drink, then don't," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told Russian reporters in Belgrade on Monday.

Deshchytsa recently made offensive remarks about the Russian president.
